These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adam Labs' software products and services (the "Service"), operated by Adam Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Adam Labs provides AI-assisted business automation tools, including but not limited to lead engagement, CRM assistance, calendar scheduling, and messaging automation, which may connect to third-party services (including Google Workspace: Gmail and Calendar) on your behalf, with your explicit authorization via OAuth.
If you connect a Google account, Adam Labs accesses only the data and scopes you explicitly authorize during the Google OAuth consent flow. We use this access solely to provide the features you request (e.g., reading or sending email, managing calendar events) and do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law, or to attempt to circumvent any security or access controls of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adam Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
